Below are pictures from my opening reception at the Sam & Beverly Ross Gallery at Christian Brothers University in Memphis. The gentleman in most of the pictures below has been blind since he was a child. All of my paintings are heavily textured and incorporate oversized Braille into the paintings. This is my Braille sunflower painting which belongs to the Mississippi Museum of Art. A blind person's cane is in the corner to the right. My Uncle Ron took this picture during the reception.
